Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive Gauntlet’s comprehensive recruiting strategy, aligning with company growth objectives.
- Implement innovative strategies to identify, engage, and secure top-tier crypto talent globally.
- Design and execute a diverse and inclusive hiring strategy that enriches our team culture.
- Regularly analyze recruiting progress and provide insightful reports to team leads.
- Ensure an exceptional and positive interview experience for all candidates and internal interviewers.
- Develop repeatable, scalable processes and leverage automation to enhance recruiting efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and foster the growth of junior members within the People team.
- Build and lead Gauntlet’s dedicated Talent Acquisition team, hiring and training new members.
📌 Qualifications
- 10+ years of robust Technical & Business Recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-paced tech or financial environment.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for and leading teams that hire highly specialized technical talent; experience in the Crypto/DeFi space is a significant plus but not strictly required.
- A history of fostering and building inclusive and diverse teams.
- Profound knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping, in-depth research, and proactive sourcing to interviewing and successful closing.
- Proven ability to strategically identify and engage pipelines of niche talent.
- Strong ability to think strategically and proactively, employing a data-driven approach to all decision-making.
