As the Treasury Operations Manager, you will be pivotal in managing our financial flows and safeguarding assets. Your core responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and managing crypto and fiat liquidity across various accounts and external venues.
• Overseeing settlement cycles with OTC counterparties, exchanges, and payment providers.
• Executing internal and external fund flows for deposits, withdrawals, and corporate treasury.
• Designing and maintaining robust wallet infrastructure (hot, warm, cold) in line with risk policies.
• Implementing stringent access control models, approval flows, and address whitelisting.
• Ensuring proper segregation of client and corporate funds across all platforms.
• Maintaining strong controls over client fund segregation, reconciliation, and safeguarding attestations.
• Collaborating with Finance, Risk, and Compliance to meet regulatory obligations.
• Preparing daily and monthly reports on balances, movements, exposure, and controls.
• Streamlining treasury processes and supporting financial reporting.

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive individual with:

• 5+ years of experience in a treasury, finance operations, or settlement role within a financial institution, fintech, or digital asset environment.
• Hands-on experience managing both crypto wallets and fiat flows.
• A deep understanding of wallet lifecycle operations, transaction control, and access management.
• Extensive knowledge of fiat and cryptocurrency, liquidity management, and associated operational risks.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing policies, processes, and systems from the ground up to establish high-performing operational environments.
• Strong financial acumen, commercial awareness, and exceptional analytical skills.
• Comfort operating across multiple asset types and systems (crypto, fiat, APIs, custody platforms).
• A detail-oriented approach with a strong ownership mindset and control discipline.

Bonus points if you have:

• Familiarity with EU regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiCA, DORA, PSD2).
• Prior experience with digital asset custody platforms or OTC settlement.
• Working knowledge of capital adequacy or prudential risk metrics.
• Hands-on experience working with Fireblocks.
